Bonanza is a vibrant and fruit-forward coffee that showcases a modern expression of Ugandan specialty coffee. Grown in the Rwenzori Mountains and processed using a natural method by Agri Evolve, this coffee highlights both innovation and terroir.

Carefully selected ripe cherries are dried with precision, allowing the fruit sugars to deeply infuse the beans. This results in a bold, expressive cup with a distinct character and layered sweetness.

In the cup, expect a juicy and dynamic profile with notes of tropical fruit, complemented by a rich chocolate base. The balance between fruit intensity and sweetness creates a coffee that is both lively and structured, with a smooth body and a lingering finish.

Bonanza performs beautifully across different brew methods, offering clarity and complexity while remaining approachable.

Roast i Espresso roasts are developed for high-pressure extraction using espresso machines or moka pots, resulting in a richer, more concentrated cup.

Filter roasts, on the other hand, are intended for slower, gravity-based brewing methods such as drip coffee, pour-over (V60, Aeropress, Chemex), and French press, highlighting clarity and nuance.
