Gaitania Natural is a complex and expressive coffee, defined by pronounced notes of booziness, fudge, and praline, a clear reflection of the care and precision applied throughout processing. It is a coffee with depth and character, offering richness without losing clarity.

Grown at elevations between 1,600 and 2,100 meters above sea level, the coffee benefits from ideal climatic conditions and fertile volcanic soils. These high altitudes allow the cherries to mature slowly, contributing to concentration, sweetness, and structure in the cup.

After harvest, the cherries are carefully sorted and naturally dried on raised beds for up to three weeks, allowing flavours to fully develop.
