About this coffee:
This single-origin coffee comes from the highlands of the Sidama region in Ethiopia, grown at elevations around 1900–2300 m above sea level. Carefully processed using the natural (dry) method, only ripe cherries are selected and sun-dried on raised beds for an extended period to develop complex flavours.

The cup profile is juicy, with a fruity character. This balance of fruitiness and a creamy base makes it versatile for both filter and espresso brewing, delivering clarity, sweetness and depth in every cup.
