This coffee breaks expectations and challenges what you think a Brazil can be. A true curveball.
This single-origin coffee comes from the rolling hills of Brazil, grown at an altitude of around 1,150 meters above sea level. Only carefully selected, fully ripe coffee cherries are harvested and processed using the natural (dry) method, allowing the beans to develop in contact with the fruit. A natural bigbag fermentation further enhances complexity and depth, giving the coffee time to fully express its character.
In the cup, expect an expressive and vibrant profile that clearly stands apart from what many consider a “typical” Brazilian coffee. This is not your average Brazil. The cup is smooth yet lively, with bright notes of passionfruit, a rich praline sweetness, and subtle hints of brown rum. The result is a complex but well-balanced coffee with a rounded body and a lingering, sweet finish.
Thanks to its depth and clarity, this coffee performs beautifully as an espresso, delivering intensity without losing elegance.
